Water heater in the attic malfunctioned causing water damage to below sheetrock and insulation. Unfortanetly water damage to insualtion is unsalvagable, and in this case the weight of the watered down insulation caused the sheetrock to fall through. The amount of water lost from the unit caused damage to the below wall. Our technicians were able to save the cosmetic damage of the living space and turned to the garage to pull insualtion and sheetrock. The ceiling sheetrock was cleaned up, insualtion was picked up ( Remaining dry insulation is pushed back), all nonsalvagable material disposed of leaving a clean dry home and a Happy Customer.
