Photo Album: Soapy Dishwasher, Water Damage Loss- Austin, TX 78753

This customers son was home with the nanny, and as the nanny was outside decided to help and clean up.  Young man loaded the dishwasher, nice and neat! But while under the idea if it was okay for dishes in the sinkits okay for dishes in the dishwashwer, HE USED DAWN DISH SOAP! Water invaded the kitchen and got under the vinyl flooring as well as in the living space under the hard wood flooring. Although all the surrounding areas of the kitchen were affected, some more water damaging than others. With the Hardwood areas we were able to use the Injecti Dry Mat system to save the hallway rather than pulling the hardwood up (WE HAVE SKILLS & MACHINES) The areas were inspected, readings and photo documentation recorded, all demo was done and trash taken out accroding to the final scope and approval from the customers insurance.
